Customers may request cancellation of an order for Computers, Laptops, Desktops, and Computer Accessories before the order has been dispatched.
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. The customer may instead need to follow the applicable return or refund procedure.
Orders for preowned laptops and desktops may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to the status of the order.
If the product has already been prepared, configured, upgraded, reserved, or dispatched specifically for the customer, cancellation may not be available.
For computers that have been:
Custom assembled
Upgraded
Configured according to customer requirements
Specially ordered
Procured specifically for a customer
cancellation may not be possible once procurement, assembly, configuration, or customization has started.
Any applicable cancellation conditions will be communicated at the time of order.
Computer accessories may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an accessory has been dispatched, cancellation may not be available and the customer may need to follow the applicable return policy.
Cancellation of software development projects depends on the stage of the project.
If development or other project work has already started, cancellation may be subject to the agreed quotation, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Any work already completed, third-party costs, licenses, subscriptions, or other non-recoverable expenses may be payable by the customer.
For website or mobile application projects, cancellation after project work has commenced may be subject to the agreed project terms.
Any completed work, design, development, domain, hosting, third-party service, license, or other committed expense may not be refundable.
Cancellation of digital marketing services, including:
SEO
Social Media Marketing
PPC / Online Advertising
Content Marketing
Social Media Management
Digital Advertising
Branding and promotional services
will be governed by the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Once a campaign, subscription period, content production, advertising activity, or other agreed work has commenced, cancellation may not result in a refund for work already performed or expenses already incurred.
Orders or services involving third-party providers may be subject to their cancellation policies.
This may include:
Software licenses
Domain registration
Web hosting
Cloud services
Advertising platforms
Payment services
Courier services
Manufacturer-specific orders
Any non-refundable third-party charges may be payable by the customer.

Computers & Accessories: Cancellation generally available before dispatch.
Preowned Laptops & Desktops: Cancellation generally available before dispatch, subject to order status.
Customized/Configured Computers: Cancellation may not be available once customization, procurement, assembly, or configuration has started.
Software, Website & App Development: Cancellation is subject to the agreed project terms once work has commenced.
Digital Marketing: Cancellation is subject to the agreed service terms once campaigns or services have started.
Third-Party Services: Cancellation is subject to the relevant third-party terms.
Cancellation does not automatically mean a refund. Any applicable refund will be handled according to the Refund Policy and applicable law.
